1. Scope
This Refund and Returns Policy applies to all purchases of merchandise made through this website. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms set out below.
2. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers within the EU)
Consumers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which the customer, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the customer, takes possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us of their decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the customer to send their communication concerning their exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
3. Effects of Withdrawal
If the customer withdraws from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from the customer, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the customer choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about the customer’s decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as the customer used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or the customer has supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
The customer shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which they communicate their withdrawal from this contract.
The customer will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
The customer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
4. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
5. Returns and Exchanges (Non-Defective Goods)
Returns or exchanges outside of the statutory withdrawal rights are only accepted at our discretion.
Items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- In original packaging, if applicable
Requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted within 14 days of receipt.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If the customer receives a defective or incorrect item, they must contact us without undue delay.
In such cases, we will offer:
- A replacement, subject to availability, or
- A full refund
We will cover reasonable return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.
7. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after:
- Receipt of the returned goods, or
- Receipt of proof that the goods have been returned
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
